Cobb Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

 * 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
 * 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
 * 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
 * 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
 * 1 avocado, diced
 * 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 * 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
 * 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
 * For the dressing:
   * 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
   * 1/4 cup olive oil
   * 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
   * 1 clove garlic, minced
   * Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:

 * Prepare the dressing:

 * Assemble the salad:

 * Drizzle with dressing:
   * Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
